Tabakaeva Oksana, doctor of technical sciences, Professor of the Department of food science and technology, School of Biomedicine, Far Eastern Federal University, is a Russian citizen. Far Eastern Federal University is the leading University of Russia in the Far East, which is actively developing scientific direction of new food technologies, and international cooperation with other universities in the world, including China. Tabakaeva Oksana has been working at the University since 1997.
