There are two types of hormones which controls the appetite which is the desire to eat food; “hunger hormones", leptin and endocrine. Leptin is a hormone, created by fat cells, that decreases your craving. Endocrine is a hormone that will increase craving, and conjointly plays a job in bodyweight.
